摘要
本文分析了东荣市劳动力输入的过程和特征，总结了外来劳动力为经济发展作出的贡献，同时指出了一些存在问题，提出了对外来劳动力输入要控得好，稳得住和管得紧的政策建议。
This paper makes an analysis of the process and features of migrant workers to Dongguan,reviewing the achievements they have made in the economic deveoprnent there. Ih the meanwhile, the authorpoints out some of the existing problems, suggesting that a long-range policy be established to efficientlycontrol, stabilize and manage the migrrant workers.
