This paper is written on the basis of the responses to the questionnaires of more than onethousand enterprises in dongguan, the information used in the paper is all gained firsthand from theinvestigation, which reflect the present situation of the enterprises in dongguan at least in eight aspects,thesthecture, the technical situation, the environment, the emplayees' conditions, the deedion- making, the manage-ment theory, the further development and the demand for qualified personnels.
