摘要
本文总结了东莞理工学院自建校以来，毕业生就业推荐工作的一些具体做法，指出东莞的大学生在择业过程中存在的问题，并结合当前我国的分配体制和东莞的地方特点，提出相应的措施。
Reviewing the practice of recommending employment to graduates since theestablishment of Dongguan Institute of Technology, the author points out the existing problemsthe college graduates of Dongguan are faced with in finding employment. In the meantime, hemakes some good suggestions, in the light of the distribution system of our country and the localfeatures of Dongguan.
