摘要
论述了成人教育终身化、社会性、实用性、个性化、多样性等特点。提出了师资队伍、完善管理体制、从严治教等搞好教书育人工作的途径。
The characteristics of adult education with lifelong nature, social nature,practicality,individulization and diversification are discussed.Ways to raise teachers ability,perfect management system and strict teaching in imparting knowledge and educating people are pointed out.
