摘要
选用椿叶花椒带腋芽的茎段为外植体,进行组织培养与快速繁殖技术研究。结果表明:椿叶花椒初代愈伤组织诱导以WPM+6-BA2.5mg·L-1+NAA2mg·L-1+IBA1mg·L-1效果最好;继代培养采用WPM+6-BA0.2mg·L-1+IBA0.1mg·L-1+NAA0.1mg·L-1,培养30d,增殖在5.6倍以上;生根培养1/4MS+I-BA0.5mg·L-1,20d左右生根,平均根量4.6条,生根率95%。
Selects the caulis segment with axillary bud of Zanthoxylumailanthoides Sieb.et Zuce as explants carried on the industrialized rapid clone propagation technology research. The results showed that plant hormone combination of WPM+6-BA2.5mg·L^-1+NAA2mg·L^-1+IBA1mg·L^-1 was good for callus induction,WPM+ 6-BA0.2mg·L^-1+IBA0.1mg·L^-1+NAA0.1mg·L^-1 was good for cultivation of young plant,culture 30d,the coefficient of reproduction was up to 5.6. 1/4MS+IBA0.5mg·L^-1 was best for rootage,average roots were 4.6 after culture 20d,rooting rate was 95%.
