摘要
1964年很多国家开始了进行植物的花药培养,中国科技人员也在20世纪70年代开始了观赏植物的花药培养的研究。该文综述了影响观赏植物花药培养的主要因子,如供试植株的基因型、生理状况、花蕾预处理措施、花粉发育时期、培养基、培养条件,这些因素对观赏植物花药培养的影响;并探讨了当前花药培养存在的问题及其未来的发展方向。
In 1964 many countries started to carry on the plant the anther culture,China technical personnel also started ornamental plant＇s anther culture research in the 1970s. In this article the main factors influencing anther culture of ornamental plant was summarized,including the genotype and physiological status of the tested plant,preconditioning techniques for flower bud,pollen development period,medium,culture conditions,and it discussed the effect of these factors on anther culture of ornamental plant. What is more main problems on anther culture were analyzed and the development direction in the future was also discussed .
