摘要
以湖南主产烟区B2F、C3F、X2F3个等级的559份烟叶样本为材料,采用简单相关、典型相关和灰色关联度分析方法,研究了烤烟生物碱与烟叶评吸质量评价指标间的关系。结果表明:烤烟烟叶中的烟碱与香气量、浓度、刺激性存在极显著的正相关;而微量生物碱与香气量、浓度、杂气、刺激性存在极显著的正相关,微量生物碱中的假木贼碱、新烟碱分别与余味存在显著的负相关。烟碱对评吸质量的影响最大;假木贼碱、新烟碱与香气量、浓度存在显著的典型相关。微量生物碱对评吸质量的影响不能忽视。
A total of 559 flue-cured tobacco samples with 3 grades(B2F,C3F and X2F) were collected from the main tobacco-growing areas in Hunan Province,and the relationship between alkaloid contents and smoking quality were studied by adopting the analysis ways of simple correlation,canonical correlation and grey correlation. The results showed that there were extreme significant positive correlation between nicotine with aroma quantity,smoke concentration,irritation property; there were extreme significant positive correlation between minim alkaloids with aroma quantity,smoke concentration,offensive odor,irritation property; there were significant negative correlation between anabasine,anatabine with after-taste. All the biggest grey correlation between alkaloids and smoking quality of flue-cured tobacco leaf was nicotine. The canonical correlation coefficients of anabasine and anatabine with aroma quantity and smoke concentration were significance. To study the effect of minim alkaloids to smoking quality couldn't ignore.
