摘要
流式细胞仪(Flow Cytometer)是一种对细胞进行定量分析与分选的精密仪器,它具有分析速度快、特异性好和灵敏度高的优点,是生物学研究的有力工具。流式细胞术(Flow Cytometry,FCM)是用流式细胞仪测量液相中悬浮细胞或微粒的一种现代分析技术,它是众多不同学术背景、不同科技领域相结合的结晶。概述了FCM在国内外生物学领域应用的最新动态。
Flow Cytometer is a kind of the precision instrument which can be used for cell quantitative analyzing and cell sorting. Its advantages, such as the quick analysis speed, the excellent specificity and high sensitivity, are considered as the powerful tool in the biological research. Flow Cytometry （FCM） is a modem analytical technique which can be used to suspending cells or particles in the solution, and it＇s the production of many different academic backgrounds and scientific fields. This article reviewed the application in the biology on the basis of the newest development in the domain.
