品种、播期和密度对乌塌菜农艺性状及产量品质的影响

Effect of Varieties,Sowing Stages and Densities on Agronomic Character,Yield and Quality of Wuta-cai

研究不同品种、播期和密度下乌塌菜主要农艺性状及产量、品质的差异。以凤阳地区长势较好的精选菊花心和绿领乌塌菜两个乌塌菜品种为试材比较研究了不同播期和栽植密度对乌塌菜主要农艺性状、产量和品质的影响。研究结果表明:植株高大的半直立型精选菊花心品种产量极显著高于塌地型的绿领乌塌菜品种,但Vc含量后者却极显著高于前者;为了获得高产,凤阳地区乌塌菜应选用精选菊花心品种在8月24日左右播种,定植株行距为18cm×18cm～25cm×25cm,若要求较高的Vc含量时,应选用绿领乌塌菜品种在9月24日左右播种,定植时的株行距为32cm×32cm。

The difference of agronomic character,yield and quality of Wuta-cai （Handpick-juhuaxin and Lvling-wutacai ） under different varieties,sowing stages and densities in feng yang region were studied The results showed that the yield of Handpick-juhuaxin was significantly higher than those of Lvling-wutacai,but vitamin C content of the latter was significantly higher than the former. We can select Handpick-juhuaxin,and sow on August 24,the spacing should be from18 cm×18cm to25cm×25cm in Feng yang region for the sake of high yield. On the other hand,if higher Vitamin C content was required,Lvling-wutacai can be selected,and sow on September24,the spacing should be 32 cm×32cm in Feng yang region.
