考虑稳态半导体方程的混合边值问题，利用逼近过程、拟单调方法和先验估计，得到了该问题弱解的存在性。

This paper is concerned with the stationary drift diffusion equations of semiconductor theory. We establish the existence of a weak solution to the mixed boundary value problem for the system of PDES under consideration.
