尖瓣瑞香脂溶性成分的研究

STUDIES ON THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF DAPHNE ACUTILOBA REHD

从尖瓣瑞香（ＤａｐｈｎｅａｃｕｔｉｌｏｂａＲｅｈｄ．）茎中分得４个结晶成分（ＤＡ－１－ＤＡ－４），利用化学和波谱方法分别确定为香豆素类成分瑞香辛（ｄａｐｈ－ｎｅｔｉｃｉｎ，ＤＡ－１）、伞形花内酯（ｕｍｂｅｌｉｆｅｒｏｎｅ，ＤＡ－２）、瑞香素（ｄａｐｈ－ｎｅｔｉｎ，ＤＡ－３）和双黄酮ｄａｐｈｎｏｄｏｒｉｎＢ（ＤＡ－４），均系首次从该植物中得到。

compounds were isolated from the stems of Daphne acutiloba by repeated column chromatography over silica gel. Their structures were identified as daphneticin, umbelliferone, daphnetin and daphnodorin B on the basis of chemical and spectral analysis. All of them were obtained from this plant for the first time.
