摘要
合理的就业结构是经济发展的关键。通过对辽宁省近十余年来就业结构变动对劳动生产率和经济增长影响效果的实证分析,指出辽宁省劳动生产率与经济增长的劳动力资源重新配置的效果为负,显然不利于辽宁经济的发展,并总结辽宁省就业结构存在的问题,提出相应的解决对策。
Reasonable employment structures is the key of economic development. Through empirical analysis on the influencing effects of Liaoning employment structure change in the past decade on the labor productivity and the economic growth, the paper pointed out that labor force resources distribution effects on the labor productivity and the economic growth in Liaoning province is negative. It is obviously disadvantageous to economic development of Liaoning province. The paper summarized the problem on employment structure in Liaoning province and gave some adviees.
