摘要
为进一步促进中国资本市场的良性发展,规范机构投资者行为,发挥市场功能,资本市场需要进行制度创新。从资本市场发展的制度化背景分析开始,从发行和交易两个层面分别阐述制度创新的相关问题,并提出在发行、交易、监管三个方面进行制度创新的政策建议。
In order to further promote China capital market＇s healthy development, standardize institutional investors, develop the function of market, capital market needs system innova- tion. Beginning from the institutionalized background analysis of the capital market＇s development, the paper elaborated the problems relative to the system innovation from two aspects： issue and trading, and put forward the policy recommendations of system innovation from the following aspects： issuing, trading and monitoring.
