摘要
利用SEM、TEM、XRD等测试手段,对Ni-ZrO2复合镀层的组织结构进行了研究.实验表明,复合镀层中ZrO2微粒的存在,改变了基质金属Ni的晶体择优取向和点阵常数.从而证明了复合镀层中基质金属Ni与ZrO2微粒之间并不是简单的机械混合,其间存在相互作用.
The structure of Ni ZrO 2 composite plating has been investigated by such methods as SEM, TEM, XRD. The results show that the crystal preferred orientation and lattice parameter of matrix metal Ni have been changed owing to the existance of ZrO 2 particles in the composite plating. It has been proved that matrix metal Ni and ZrO 2 particles are not present in the form of a simple mixture as it was considered, and the interaction does exist between the two components.
