摘要
采用气相氯化法在管式反应器中制备氯化苄.研究了反应器型式、反应物流速、氯气与甲苯的摩尔比、光照强度及温度对反应结果的影响.找到了提高氯化苄产率和甲苯单程转化率的方法.
Benzyl chloride was preparaed through gas phase chlorination in tubular reactor. The effects of reactor type velocity、molar ratio between toluene and chlorine, luminous flux and temperature on the reaction were studied. A method of raising the yield of benzyl chloride and singlepass conversion ratio of toluene has been found. It is superior to the liquid method in industrial production.
