摘要
十堰市是南水北调中线工程水源地丹江口水库的核心水源区,实施乡村清洁工程建设对于保障南水北调中线工程的水质标准和本地区域经济发展均具有十分重要意义。为了更好地指导十堰水源区乡村清洁工程建设,总结了近年来本地区结合当地实际情况开展乡村清洁工程试点村建设的主要内容和实践经验,分析了存在的问题并提出了相应的对策措施。
Shiyan is the major catchment area of water source for South - to - North Water Transfer Mid - Way Project, practicing Countryside Cleaning Project shall play very important roles in ensuring water quality for South - to - North Water Transfer Project and promoting regional economical development in this area. In order to instruct the construction of Countryside Cleaning Project, we reviewed the practice of trial village construction in the past years, included the.main contents according to the actual condition of this area and summarizing practical experience, analyzed main constraints and putting forward countermeasures.
