水资源短缺、洪涝灾害和地下水持续下降问题是东营市经济社会发展的重要制约因素。分析了东营市水资源现状,对科学利用洪水资源进行了探讨。
The shortage of water resources, flood disaster and the continuous decrease of groundwater are important restricting factors of Economic and Social Development in Dongying City. In this Article, the water resources current situation of Dongying City was analyzed, and the Scientific Utilization of Flood Resources was discussed.
