摘要
通过大学生创新性实验教学项目"高等院校大学生食堂食品安全与卫生的调查及对策研究"的研究,从学校的重视与宣传、教师的选题与特点、学生的兴趣与创新以及教师的适时演示与指导4个方面详细地阐述了如何开展大学生创新性实验教学项目以培养提高大学生的创新意识和科研能力的方法。
Through the research of innovative Experiment Teaching Project about the Investigation and Countermeasures Study on Food Safety and Hygiene in Canteen of Colleges and Universities, the author discussed on how to develop innovative Experiment Teaching Project and improve innovative consciousness and Scientific Research Ability of University Students in detail from four aspects as the following： attention and propaganda of College, topic selection and character - istics of teachers, Interest and innovation of college students and the demonstration and guidance of teachers.
