摘要
求职就业是大学生人生的重要转折,而大学生就业难问题导致大学生就业挫折心理问题加剧。主要从大学生就业挫折心理表现入手,分析大学生就业挫折心理形成原因,从而提出应对就业挫折心理的方法,以消除大学生就业中的挫折心理障碍。
Employment is an important transition of contemporary university students in Life, but difficult employment resulted in the aggravation of Psychological Frustration of undergraduate. From psychological reflection of Employment Frustration of undergraduate, the author analyzed the cause of undergraduate＇frustration psychology , and put forward some countermeasures in order to eliminate Psychological obstacle in the Undergraduate Employment.
