摘要
采用提拉法生长出了四方晶系白钨矿结构的掺铒钨酸钇钠晶体[分子式为Er3+:NaY(WO4)2,简称Er:NYW]。通过XRD分析得到晶体的晶胞参数a=b=0.5279nm,c=1.1285nm。讨论了Er:NYW晶体的生长工艺,得出晶体生长的最佳工艺参数为:拉速2mm/h,转速35r/min,冷却速率18℃/h,最佳的轴向温度梯度为液面上0.7~1℃/mm。测试了Er:NYW晶体的Raman光谱,讨论了晶体的振动归属。由吸收光谱和荧光光谱可知,在1540、978、801nm附近的吸收峰较强、较宽,有利于用半导体激光二极管泵浦。
The single crystal of tetragonal schelite-like sodium yttrium tungstate doped with erbium (the molecular formula: Er^3+:NaY(WO4)2, abbreviated Er:NYW) has been grown by the Czochralski method. The structure of crystal is analyzed by X-ray diffraction, and the lattice parameters are a=b=0.5279 nm, c=1.1285 nm, respectively. The optimal conditions for the Cz-pulling procedure are: the pulling speed of 2 mm/h, the rotation rate of 35 r/min, the cooling speed of 18 ℃/h and the best axial temperature gradient of 0.7-1℃ /ram above liquid surface. The Raman spectrum of Er:NYW crystal has been measured at room temperature, and the assignation of vibrations is discussed. It can be known from the absorption spectrum and photoluminescence spectrum that the absorption peaks of crystals near 1540, 978, and 801 nm are intensive and wider, suitable for the semiconductor laser diodes.
