降纤酶联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察降纤酶联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法选择60例糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组用降纤酶首次剂量为10u,第2天后改为5u,每天1次,连续2周;同时应用甲钴胺500μg肌肉注射,每天1次,连续2周。对照组用甲钴胺500μg肌肉注射,每天1次,连续2周。两组进行疗效比较。结果治疗2周后两组神经症状与检查评分均明显下降,但以治疗组下降显著,治疗后两组平均评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论降纤酶联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有较好的疗效。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of defibrase combined with meeobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 60 patients complicated peripheral neuropathy were divided into treatment group and control group randomly, with 30 cases each group. The treatment group was given a first dose of 10 u/day. After the 2na day the dosage was changed to 5 u/day, successive for 2 weeks. 500μg. mecobalamin was given simultaneously, once a day, successive for 2 weeks. In the control group 500 μg. mecobalamin was only used, once a day, successive for 2 weeks. The curative effect of the two groups were analysed and compared with each other. Results After 2 weeks' treatment, evaluating score of neural symptoms of the two groups decreased in both groups, but more distinctly in the treatment group(P〈0.01). Conclusion Defibrase combined with meeobalamin has a better therapeutic effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
