花背蟾蜍体外跌卵及采用跌卵作为细胞核移植受体的尝试

采用体外跌卵的方法，对花背蟾蜍卵子的体外成熟过程进行了形态学及细胞学检查，并对利用体外跌卵作为细胞核移植受体进行了初步的尝试．结果表明，体外跌卵与活体卵子的离巢及成熟过程基本一致；采用体外跌卵作为移核受体，得到了发育至游泳期的蝌蚪，但发育的百分比低于对照组．

When degrees of freedom M×N reaches to 10 5 quantity level,TM digital image is normal distribution based on an example of TM 5 wave band digital image of Zunyi city in Guizhou.Though it is better according to normal distribution when average grey scale is about 1 3 times standard error of estimate σ ∧ , it apparently differs from normal distribution.So TM digital image is biased normal distribution when | f-|≥1.3 σ ∧.
