摘要
利用自行研制的供气装置将超临界CO2注入普通N2物理发泡挤出装置,并对LDPE,HDPE,ADD的共混体系的发泡性能进行了应用研究。通过大量对比实验分析了注气量、挤出压力、温度等工艺参数与同轴电缆外观、物理性能、电气性能之间的关系。初步研究结果表明,加入超临界CO2气体可以制得泡孔密度更高、性能更优良的物理发泡同轴电缆。
The self-made gas-supplying apparatus is used to inject supercritical CO2 into conventional physically foaming extruder instead of N2, and the foaming properties of LDPE, HDPE, and ADD blending system are studied. The relations between some technological parameters (such as gas-injection amount, extrusion pressure, temperature) and the appearance, physical properties, electrical properties of the finished coaxial cable are analyzed through a lot of comparison experiments. The preliminary experiment results prove that injecting supercritical CO2 can obtain such physically foamed coaxial cables that have higher cell density and better performance.
