芳酰基硫脲衍生物的合成及其生物活性的研究

通过芳酰基异硫氰酸酯与胺类化合物反应合成了８个芳酰基硫脲衍生物，并用元素分析、ＩＲ和１ＨＮＭＲ光谱确定了其结构．生物活性试验表明，该类化合物对小麦幼苗生长具有显著的促进作用．

Eight aroyl thiourea derivatives were synthesized via the reaction of aroyl isothiocyanates and amines,their composition and structures were confirmed by element analysis,IR,and 1HNMR. The promoting effects of these compounds on wheat growth were tested preliminary.
