益气活血法治疗化疗后外周神经病变20例临床观察

Therapeutic Effect of Qi-strengthening and Blood-activating Therapy for Peripheral Neuropathy After Chemotherapy:An Observation of 20 Cases

目的:观察益气活血法在化疗后外周神经病变中的治疗作用。方法:将42例结、直肠癌及胃癌患者随机分为治疗组20例、对照组22例,均给予奥沙利铂联合5-FU/CF化疗治疗,并同时使用神经妥乐平注射液肌肉注射;治疗组加用益气活血中药治疗。结果:2组神经毒性比较,治疗组发生率为15.0%,对照组发生率为54.5%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。临床疗效总有效率治疗组为85.0%,对照组为54.5%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用益气活血中药协同治疗化疗后外周神经病变疗效肯定。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Qi-strengthening and blood-activating therapy for peripheral neuropathy after chemotherapy.Methods: Forty-two patients with colorectal cancer and gastric cancer were randomized into two groups:the control group(n=22)received chemotherapy of oxaliplatin combined with 5-FU/CF and intramuscular injection of neurotropin injection,and the treatment group (n=20)received herbal medicine with the actions of strengthening Qi and activating blood additionally.Results:The incidence of neurotoxicity was 15/0% in the treatment group and 54.5% in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate was 85.0% in the treatment group and 54.5% in the control group,the difference being significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Qi-strengthening and blood-activating therapy exerts a cer- lain synergistic action for peripheral neuropathy after chemotherapy.
