摘要
海滨车前（ＰｌａｎｔａｇｏＣａｍｔｃｈａｔｉｃａＬｉｎｋ，Ｅｎｕｍ．）产于我国东北辽宁省各县市，可供药用．确定用ＨＰＬＣ测定桃叶珊瑚甙的方法，检测波长为２０６ｎｍ，流动相为甲醇－水（１７∶８３），用ＯＤＳ柱。
.camtchatica Link is one of the herbs distrbuted in liaoning province of China. A method for the determination of aucubin in root of P. camtchatica by HPLC is discribed. Aucubin was seperated and determined by using the ODS (6.0×150 mm) analytical colum with solvent system CH 3OH∶H 2O(17∶83). The assay is at wave length 206nm. This method is sensitive and accurate with good reproducibity, that can be used for the quality control of P. camtchatica.
