小管径大壁厚拔制锅炉联箱安全性测试及分析

摘要 对自行研制的小管径大壁厚单排管拔制联箱的力学特性和安全性能进行了试验研究和数值模拟计算,得到了其弹性阶段的应力分布和弹-塑性阶段的变形情况、失效模式和位置以及塑性极限载荷,并根据极限分析方法对其安全性进行了评估。 The experimental investigation and numerical simulation calculation were carried out of the mechanical characteristics and safety performance of the small-diameter, large-wall thickness, and single-row tube drawn headers, the stress distribution in the elastic stage and the deformation, the pattern and position of failure, and the plastic limit load in the elastic-plastic stage were obtained, and the safety was estimated based on the limit analysis method.
