圆弧切线波纹换热管内流动与传热性能的数值模拟 被引量:2

Numerical Simulation of the Fluid Flow and Heat Transfer in the Arc-Tangent Corrugated Heat Exchange Tubes

摘要 在雷诺数为5000〈Re〈30000的范围内,采用有限元数值模拟对圆弧切线波纹换热管管内流动和传热性能进行研究,并与3种类型(圆弧、缩放和正弦形)的波纹管以及普通直管进行对比,发现该波纹换热管传热效果明显高于直管,在相同的雷诺数下,管内平均对流传热系数比普通直管增加20%~53%,比圆弧形波纹管增加5%~20%;单位管长压力降比圆弧形波纹管低4.6%~20%。 A study was made of the properties of the fluid flow and heat transfer in the arc-tangent corrugated heat exchange tubes using the finite element numerical simulation with a Reynolds number in 5 000 〈 Re 〈 30 000, and the properties were compared with the properties of the arc corrugated tubes, the convergent-divergent corrugated tubes, the sine corrugated tubes, and common straight tubes, it was found that the heat transfer result of the arc-tangent corrugated heat exchange tubes were evidently higher than that of the common straight tubes, the average convective and heat transfer coefficients in the arc-tangent corrugated heat exchange tubes were higher 20% -53% than those of the comm on straight tubes, higher 5% -20% than those of the arc corrugated tubes, the pressure drop of the pipe range per unit of the arc-tangent corrugated heat exchange tubes was lower g. 6% -20% than that of the arc corrugated tubes.
