摘要
采用半电池电位法对四种不同条件下钢筋混凝土中的钢筋锈蚀情况进行了测定,分析了硅烷溶液防水剂、Cl-及水胶比对钢筋锈蚀的影响。试验结果表明:水胶比越大,钢筋开始锈蚀的时间越早,锈蚀的程度越严重;对于含有初始氯离子并且锈蚀已经发生的钢筋混凝土,表面防水处理不能够有效控制钢筋锈蚀;对于有外界Cl-侵蚀的钢筋混凝土,硅烷溶液防水剂能有效地降低由于Cl-引起的钢筋锈蚀的概率,并且延缓钢筋锈蚀的时间。
The half-cell potential measurement is used to measure the corrosion of the reinforcing steel in concrete specimens under four different conditions.The influences of silane agent, chloride ion, and water cement ratio on the corrosion of reinforcing steel in concrete are analyzed. The results indicate that the higher water cement ratio is,the reinforcing steel corrosion starts earlier and the more serious corrosion is; if the concrete is made with initial chloride ion and the reinforcing steel have been in corrosion,the effect of water repellent treatment to stop corrosion of reinforcing steel going further in concrete is not so evident;when the concrete is treated with migrating chloride ion,the water repellent treatment can reduce the corrosion probability of the reinforcing steel effectively, and retard the corrosion time of the reinforcing steel.
