纳米级混凝土外加剂在钢纤维喷射混凝土中的应用研究

A study on the application of nano-shotcrete admixture at rockburst zones of jinping auxiliary tunnel(western side)

以锦屏水电枢纽辅助洞西端工程为实例,对纳米级混凝土外加剂在钢纤维喷射混凝土中的应用进行了研究,经现场试验与施工实践,总结出了适合岩爆地段快速施工的配合比,使喷射混凝土回弹量小、喷射厚度大,质量得到保证,达到了理想效果。可供类式工程借鉴。

Based on the construction of Jinping Auxiliary Tunnel （ Western side ）, the application of Nano-shotcrete admixture in Steel Fiber Sprayed Concrete has been studied.A mix proportion has been concluded by field tests and construction practices, which can reduce rebound volume, improve spraying thickness, and guarantee the quality of sprayed shotcrete.And it is very suitable for the fast treatments of Rockburst area. The experiences and technology derived from the construction practice will benefit other projects alike.
