研究目的:高速铁路的灾害防护是我国铁路建设中遇到的新问题,根据工程建设的需要,对可能造成铁路灾害的种类进行分析,并阐述可采取的防护措施。在参照国外高速铁路灾害防护技术的基础上,探讨适合我国高速铁路应用的灾害防护技术。研究结论:通过对可能造成铁路灾害种类的分析,有些突发性灾害信息实时性要求很高,及时预报和报警,对降低列车损失至关重要。我国高速铁路防灾安全监控系统的建立,应结合运营特点,合理确定某些灾害监测信息能直接控制列车限速或停运;另一些灾害监测信息可由调度人员人工确认处理。并可将防灾安全监控系统作为车站综合监控系统的主体部分进行集成,也可将自然灾害、轨温及火灾、突发事故、异物侵限监测和其他各类辅助监测统一集成。

So Chinese prevention system should be established on the basis of Chinese railway traffic characteristics so as to define the monitored information on disaster and upon which the train must be directly controlled. The other information on disasters can be confirmed and handled by the dispatchers. The disaster monitoring system can be integrated as a main part of the station comprehensive monitoring system, and the other assistant monitoring systems of nature disasters, axle temperature, fire, emergency, alien invasion can be integrated as a whole.
