摘要
研究目的:以京沪高速铁路虹桥枢纽客运站房工程为例,在分析区域地质情况的基础上,对不同桩型以及桩基持力层进行总结研究,解决高层建筑桩基持力层的选择问题。研究结论:(1)桩基持力层的选择宜以地基土的分布规律和土性为重点;(2)桩基持力层的选择可通过单桩竖向承载力、沉降量及成(沉)桩可行性等方面进行分析确认;(3)施工前应先进行试桩工作。
Research purposes : Taking the high building of Hongqiao Railway Station of Beijing - Shanghai High - speed Railway for example, the summary and analysis of pile types and possible bearing stratums of pile foundations are made in combination with Chinese codes and geology conditions for the purpose of better choice of bearing stratum.
Research conclusions: ( 1 ) The distribution regularity of soil is important to select the bearing stratum of the pile foundation. (2)The analysis and verification are needed to decide that the soil can be used as the bearing stratum of pile foundation by checking the vertical bearing of individual pile, total settlements volume and the feasibility of pile's formation. (3) The Testing pile should be done before formal construction.
