摘要
在对一种激光位移传感器原理进行试验研究的基础上,分析了结构参数和物镜形式对测量的影响,讨论了图象处理的阈值确定方法.认为在三次样条拟合定标曲线的前题下,可用单片透镜代替非球面透镜.采用3σ准则和样本平均降低了光源不稳定对精确度的影响,并提出了彻底消除光源不稳定影响的途径.
Based on the experiment of the laser-displacement sensor, the method of determining the threshold of image processing anti the influence of constructional parameters and the form of lens on the measurement are studied.The result shows that when the scaling curve is fitted with 3-order spline,it is possible to replace aspherical lens by simple lens.In order to reduce the influence of unstability of light source on mesurement accuracy,the 3σ criterion and sampling average are adopted. Al the end, the new method to eliminate completely the influence of unstability of light source was proposed.
