摘要
目的探讨中学生常见心理问题的影响因素。方法以多阶段分层整群抽样抽取96个班的学生及其家长作为研究对象,使用中学生常见心理问题简易筛查问卷和自编一般情况调查表对其进行问卷调查,采用logistic回归对数据进行统计分析。结果男生影响因素其焦虑为年级、住家附近网吧、电游室多少、家长教育方式;其抑郁为年级、父母婚姻状况、家长教育方式;其学习适应不良为年级、是否班干部、母亲受教育程度、家庭功能;其人际交往不良为年级、地区、是否班干部、父母婚姻状况、母亲受教育程度、住家附近歌舞厅、录像室多少以及家长教育方式。女生影响因素其焦虑为地区、最近半年内家庭有无突发事件、住家附近歌舞厅、录像室多少以及家庭功能;其抑郁为年级、地区、住家附近歌舞厅、录像室多少以及家庭功能;其学习适应不良为年级、地区、是否班干部、父母婚姻状况、家庭结构、住家附近歌舞厅、录像室多少以及家长教育方式;其人际交往不良为年级、地区、是否班干部、是否独生子女、住家附近网吧、电游室是否多、家长教育方式以及家庭功能。结论中学生常见四类心理问题受中学生年级、来源地区、是否班干部、父母婚姻状况、母亲受教育程度、住家附近网吧、电游室、歌舞厅、录像室多少、家长教育方式以及家庭功能的影响。
Objective To discuss the influential factors of com- mon mental problems in middle school students. Methods The multistage stratified cluster sampling method was used to obtain the sample in the students of 96 classes together with their parents were selected to participate in this investigation. Simple screening questionnaire for common mental problems in middle school students and self-developped questionnaire for general state were used together to collect the data, and logistic regression were em- ployed. Results To boy students, influential factors of anxiety were grade, more internet bars and electronic game rooms nearby home, parents' education style. Influential factors of depression were grade, parents' marital status, parents' educational style. Influential factors of learning maladaptation were grade, whether to be student leader, mother' s educational level, family fuction. What's more, grade, region, whether to be student leader, parents' marital status, mother' s educational level, more dance halls and video rooms nearby home, parents' educational style affect the interpersonal communication. To girl students, influential factors of anxiety were region, have emergency occurred in your home, more dance halls and video rooms nearby home, family ruction. Influential factors of depression were grade, region, more dance halls and video rooms nearby home, family fuction. Influential factors of learning maladaptation were grade, region, whether to be student leader, parents' marital status, family structure, more dance halls and video rooms nearby home, parents' educational style. What's more, grade, region,whether to be student leader, whether to be only child, how many internet bars and electronic game rooms in your home nearby, parents' educational style, family fuction affect the interpersonal communication. Conclusion The four kinds of common mental problems in middle school students are influenced by grade, region, whether to be student lead, more internet bars, electronic game rooms, dance halls and video rooms nearby home, parents' marital status, mothers' educational levels, parents' education style, family ruction.
