电刷镀Ni—W—Co三元合金镀液及工艺研究

本文研制了Ni—W—Co三元合金镀液，对镀液的性能和工艺性能进行了实验研究.实验结果表明，Ni—W—Co合金沉积速度快、镀层应力小，结合强度高，镀层表面光洁度高、硬度较高．

This paper deals with the liquor of Ni-W-Co alloy,the liquor properties and the process properties and the process properties are studied. Microscope analysis and property investigation of the coating show that the alloy coating has low stress and strong binding force,the finish degree of the coating is high and the coating is harder.
