摘要
基于局部非线性系统时域分析方法,以六自由度整车系统为动力学模型,综合考虑发动机周期激励和道路不平度随机激励以及悬架减振系统的非线性特征,从减小车架振动水平的角度,建立了对发动机支撑系统和悬架减振系统的力学参数进行动态分析与设计的方法并研制了相应计算机程序,对于车辆工程中减振装置力学参数的合理设计与车辆振动水平的估计具有参考价值。
Basing on time domain method in analyzing local nonlinear system, the present paper establishes metodology for dynamic analysis and desin of the mechanical parameters of vibration absorbing system in vehicle due to the a model of 6 DOFS. Both the random road unevenness and the periodic excitation induced by engine are considered in viewto absorption of vehicle vibration. And the corresponding computer progam is also carried out for design of the parameters as well as evaluation of vibration of vehicle.
