高赖氨酸转基因水稻日粮对肉仔鸡生长与器官发育的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究饲喂用40%、100%高赖氨酸转基因水稻替代玉米配制的日粮对肉仔鸡生长及器官发育的影响。150羽1日龄AA鸡随机分成3组,对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别用40%、100%转基因水稻替代玉米。结果表明,前期Ⅰ、Ⅱ组单位增重耗料显著降低,嗉囊、腺胃、肌胃、回肠指数显著提高,各免疫器官指数均极显著提高;后期两试验组胰脏指数显著降低,Ⅰ组小肠总长、胸腺、肾脏指数分别显著提高5.59%、31.25%和17.50%,Ⅱ组小肠总长、脾脏指数分别显著降低4.50%、38.46%,肾脏指数极显著提高57.50%,Ⅰ组后期腹脂沉积显著增加,其他器官无显著变化。说明以40%、100%高赖氨酸转基因水稻替代玉米能促进肉仔鸡早期消化及免疫器官的生长发育,显著降低后期胰脏指数,显著提高肾脏指数。
