摘要
如何提高活塞环-气缸套摩擦副的可靠性和使用寿命,是提高柴油机的可靠性和耐久性的关键技术问题之一。采用基于一维Reynolds方程的数值模拟方法研究了16V280ZJA型柴油机活塞环-气缸套摩擦损失。计算结果表明,可以通过优化活塞环环高、开口间隙、环间间隙容积来减少摩擦损失。
How to increase the reliability and life of piston ring-cylinder liner friction pair is one of key technique problem for increasing the reliability and durability of diesel engine.By using the one-dimensional Reynolds equation based numerical simulation method,the friction loss of 16V280ZJA diesel engine piston ringcylinder liner was studied.The calculation results show that the reduction in the friction loss can be realized by means of optimizing piston ring height,piston ring gap and clearance volume between rings.
