Development of a new locomotive main controller life testing equipment

采用了步进电机驱动,对司机控制器进行寿命试验时转速、转角以及操作力均可调,最大限度地模仿了司机控制器实际操作时的工作状况。

A new type of locomotive main controller life testing equipment was developed.Its structural features and operating principle were introduced.The equipment is driven by a stepmotor,and the rotating speed,angle and applied force are adjustable when main controller life test is conducted,so that the actual operating conditions of main controller are adequately simulated.
