摘要
介绍了DF8BJ型机车自投入运用以来牵引电动机齿轮箱的裂漏情况,分析了裂漏原因。从改变连接座应力集中、增加箱体垂向连接刚度和稳定性、改变焊缝结构形式等方面进行了改进设计。对今后解决齿轮箱裂漏惯性问题有借鉴意义。
Severe cracks and leakage happen to the gear box during its service.The paper presents those problems and analyzes the reasons.Improvements of design were implemented in changing connecting sets' stress concentration,improving gear box connecting stiffness and stability in lateral direction and changing weld structure etc.It is a reference for solving continuous problems of crack and leakage of gear box in future.
