奥林匹克公园中心区景观设计

LANDSCAPE DESIGN OF THE CENTRAL AREA OF OLYMPIC GREEN

奥林匹克公园中心区景观设计工作,是在"奥林匹克公园总体规划方案"基础上,对中心区景观进行深化设计、协助管理及协助工程实施的过程。在深化设计过程中结合中心区一级开发的要求,对总体规划进行了必要调整,并深入贯彻"绿色奥运、科技奥运、人文奥运"的核心规划理念。作为目前国内最重要的大型城市景观项目,奥林匹克公园中心区景观设计工作涉及到城市规划、建筑设计、景观和园林设计、工业设计,以及项目统筹和工程管理等各个层面。本文结合项目特点,对中心区景观设计工作的全过程进行回顾,并从设计内容、设计方法、设计创新等几方面予以概要总结。希望可为日后的大型城市景观项目的规划、设计及管理工作提供借鉴。

Based on the Beijing Olympic Green Masterplan, the whole process of its landscape planning and design includes stages as design development, project coordination, and on-site construction management. While doing design development, some necessary changes have been made in order to be coherent with its 1st-Class Land Development requirement and to achieve the core planning objectives as ＂Hi.tech Olympics, Green Olympics and People＇s Olympics ＂. As one of the most important largescale projects, the landscape planning and design Olympic Green involve a myriad of different disciplines - urban planning, architectural design, landscape planning and design, industrial design, project coordination and construction management. This article reviewed the whole process of Olympic Green landscape planning and design, and summarized briefly on its scope of work, design methods and design innovations. This article could provide some transferable experience for all future relevant large-scale urban landscape projects, in terms of a whole-process and integrated consideration an planning, design, project management and final implementation.
