摘要
以H2O2陈化处理的锌粉为原料,采用高温气相反应法,在管式炉中制备四脚状氧化锌,并用扫描电镜和X射线能谱仪对产物进行了表征。通过场致发射性能测试和场致发射显示的实验,表明四脚状ZnO是一种良好的场致发射阴极材料。
This paper prepared the tetrapod-like nanoscale ZnO in the air based on the Zn power which has aged by H2O2 solution as the raw material, using hyperthermia vapor phase oxidation process, and the product was verified by EDX and scanning electronic microscope. It indicated that the tetrapod-like ZnO nanomaterial is a good field emission cathode material through the stable measurement and display experiments of field emission.
