摘要 利用红、绿、蓝三个发光二极管(LED)作为液晶投影机的光源,设计了包括发光二极管、集光透镜组、偏振光转化器、积分透镜、场透镜、偏光板、十字合成棱镜,以及1.40cm(0.55in)液晶板的新型照明系统的光学引擎。比较了LED投影机与目前超高压汞灯投影机两种光学引擎技术,讨论了LED投影机的发光效率、光谱特性,并测量了样机的照度、对比度。测量结果达到了设计目标。 Using red, green, blue three light-emitting diodes as LCD projector light source, a new lighting system optical engine was designed, which included light-emitting diode,light-lens group polarization converters, integral lens, field lens, polarizers, the cross of prism, and 1.40 cm(0.55 in)LCD panels. LED light source projector was compared with current Ultra High Performance(UHP) light source projector. The luminous efficiency, spectral characteristics of LED projector were discussed. The prototype's illumination and contrast were measured, the measurement results can achieve the design purpose.
