摘要 山地城镇结合地形,顺其自然,不拘一格的城镇空间的布局,与我国平原地区传统的严整对称均衡的布局形成了明显的对比.特别是云南地区,在特殊的地形地貌及气候、地理、民族等不同的环境条件影响下,更有其不同的风彩.本文主要是从对形成山地城镇街路系统的特点,街路与等高线的关系,街路与建筑,以及街路规划设计中要注意的几个问题,从总结经验的基础上进行分析研讨.同时它阐明了山地城镇街路规划设计的综合性与复杂性,指出它的建设,不仅取决于交通要求,在地形条件的制约下,必需尽可能地减少主要街路的坡度,解决好竖向交通,减少土石方工程量和有关工程设施,并要为建筑的合理布局、景观的优质创造条件. The space of cities and towns in mountainous region is arranged naturally and unrestrainedly according to their topography, which forms an obvious contrast to the traditional organic and symmetric layout in plain area, because of the special environmental influence of the landform, climate, geography, nationalities and other conditions, the spacial layout has its own flavours. This paper mainly analyses and studies the characteristics of the formation of street system in mountain cities and towns, the relationship between streets and contour lines, streets and buildings, and several points which must be noticed in street planning design. At the same time, it explains the complexity of the planning design of street system in mountain cities and towns. It also points out that street constraction in mountainous region is not only decided by traffic requirements, but also confined to topographical conditions. So the gradient of main streets should be reduced to a minimum, the problem of vertical traffic should solved, and the quantities of earth and stones and the relative constraction facilities should be cut down. Furthermore, the street planning should create favourable conditions for the reasonable layout of architecture and good appearance of cities and towns.
