摘要
利用转基因技术对蚊虫进行遗传修饰使其密度下降或降低其传播疾病的能力是控制蚊媒传染病的一个新策略。其核心问题是外源基因在转基因蚊虫体内的表达。本文从转基因蚊虫的表达载体、外源基因表达特性及效应、转基因蚊虫研究存在的问题及发展前景等方面对该领域的研究进展进行了综述。
Mosquitoes are vectors of serious human infectious diseases, such as malaria, dengue and yellow fever. Genetically modification of mosquitoes has been proposed as a new strategy to control mosquito-borne diseases. The central event in transgenic mosquitoes is the heterologous expression of exo-genes. This review addresses mainly the relevant progress in the f/eld of heterologous expression in transgenic mosquitoes such as transgenic mosquitoes expression vectors, heterologus expression characteristics and effect in transgenic mosquitoes and some points need to be attended in the future study.
