This paper investigated and summarized the characteristics, disease and insect pests of Lagerstroemia speciosa, According to the damaged and insects forms, an identification key to disease and insect pests was firstly compiled, and some measure were provided, This work will serve as a basic work for integrated pest management in open spaces.
