摘要
本文以云南彝族哈尼族土掌房为例，论证了其特点和价值，分析了目前的危机及其成因，并提出改被动保护为促其正常发展的思路，以此来保护少数民族和中国的传统民居文化．
This paper analyzed the ecotype folk house——Tu-zhang-fang. Its value and characteristics were explained and the crisis and reasons were discussed. At last some sugestions were mentioned to make the Tu-zhang-fang on sustanable develeping process.
