新疆兵团农八师育龄妇女2000～2006年妇科检查状况及其影响因素分析

The analysis of gynecological examination and factors affecting it among women of reproductive age in XinJiang Production and Construction Corps 8th division from the year 2000 to 2006

目的：了解新疆生产建设兵团农八师育龄妇女2000～2006年参加妇科检查状况及其影响因素。方法：采取整群分层、三阶段、概率比例抽样方法随机抽样，对农八师育龄妇女参加妇科检查情况进行单因素分析和非条件logistic逐步回归分析。结果：共调查育龄妇女2183人，妇科检查率为77．50％。年龄、文化程度、家庭年收入、阅读报纸杂志、初婚年龄和怀孕次数是影响育龄妇女妇科检查的主要因素。在参加过妇科检查的育龄妇女中，妇科病患病率为38．80％。结论：农八师育龄妇女参加妇科检查状况受到年龄、文化程度、经济水平、生殖健康意识和知识的制约，应普及生殖健康知识、加强育龄妇女自我保健意识。

Objective： To investigate the analysis of gynecological examination and factors affecting it among women of reproductive age in XinJiang Production and Construction Corps 8th division from the year 2000 to 2006. Methods： after using random sampling method of delamination, 3 phases, probability scale, Statistic analysis was performed using single- factor and two- variable Logistic regression analysis. Results： 2 183 women of reproductive age were investigated, gynecological examination rate was 77.50%, The factors affecting gynecological examination were the age, the educational level, the family income, the magazine and newspaper reading, the marital age, the number of pregnancy. Among women examined, the mortality of gynecological disease was 38.80%. Conclusion： Age, education level, family income, knowledge and health care consciousness can affect gynecological examination in the women of reproductive age in XinJiang Production and Construc- tion Corps 8th division, So the knowledge of reproductive health should be taught and the self- care should be drawn more attention among women of reproductive age.
