摘要
介绍了CELP算法原理,讨论了算法软件实现的有关问题,并给出在PC机上的实现结果.
The CELP speech coding algorithm is reviewed, some problems related to the software realization of CELP algorithm are discussed, and the algorithm proposed is realized on a PC as well.
