血管内介入技术联合中医辨证治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成

The Syndrome Differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined Interventional Treatment for Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis

目的:评价血管内介入技术联合中医辨证治疗对下肢深静脉血栓形成(lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,LEDVT)的近期临床疗效。方法:回顾性研究2000年3月-2008年3月在广州中医药大学第一附属医院诊治的132例LEDVT病例。全部患者行下肢静脉DSA。介入组83例,溶栓抗凝组49例。术后两组均辅以中医辨证内外合治。结果:按血管通畅度评价,介入组血管通畅度高于溶栓抗凝组(Z=2.343,P<0.05)。随访结果显示介入组治疗的疗效优于溶栓抗凝组治疗。结论:血管内介入技术联合中医辨证治疗可提高LEDVT的近期临床疗效。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of the differentiational syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） combined interventional treatment for lower extremity deep venous thrombosis （LEDVT）. Methods From 2000 to 2008, 132 cases with symptomatic LEDVT determined by contrast venography and treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine are retrospective studied. 83 patients with syndrome differentiation of TCM combined interventional treatment and 49 patients with anticoagulation thrombolysis are classified according to different treatment. All patients are treated by TCM after the interventional treatment. Results The therapeutic effects of the syndrome differentiation of TCM combined interventional treatment is better than that of the anticoagulation thrombolysis according to venous patency and clinical follow up study. Conclusion The syndrome differentiation of TCM combined interventional treatment for LEDVT has better clinical effectiveness.
